Refund policy

Due to the nature of the items and the expense in moving them. Once material has been loaded onto the truck for delivery, there are no returns or refunds. All sales are final.

Orders may be cancelled and refunded if cancelled 24 hours or more in advance of scheduled delivery. 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours of scheduled delivery time will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Once we have scheduled a delivery date and time, we are turning away other work in order to reserve your time slot. Late cancellations do not allow for us to fill that time slot with other customers.
