Deliveries are typically done either curbside or in a front street facing driveway. While at times we may be able to deliver behind gates or into yards, that will depend on safety factors, the access, and obstacles that may be encountered in the area. This includes overhead obstacles. If the desired drop location is deemed unsuitable or not accessible by the driver of the vehicle for any reason, then the customer agrees to accept delivery either curbside or a street facing driveway where the driver deems as the best possible alternative.
With hauling and deliveries onto your property there is always a risk to concrete due to the weight of the vehicles. We do our best to limit these risks as much as possible. As the customer or agent ordering the materials for delivery you agree to release Haul-4-U, its drivers, subcontractors, and other affiliates of all liabilities that arise from the placement of delivered products. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the delivery of materials and selected drop location complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. Upon delivery, the customer or agent accepts all responsibility and liability for the product and releases Haul-4-U and its affiliates from any and all claims arising after delivery. This includes damage to concrete, curb, gutter, structure, grass, piping, sprinklers, asphalt, etc.
If requesting the driver to operate over grass or dirt areas and the vehicle becomes stuck, the customer or agent agrees to pay all related costs in getting the vehicle out and back into operable condition.
