Enhance Your Landscape with River Pebbles (1/2" - 1")

River Pebbles (1/2" - 1") offer a beautiful selection of smaller, naturally rounded stones in soft, earthy tones. Perfect for adding a subtle yet impactful natural touch to any outdoor space, these pebbles are ideal for both modern and rustic designs, providing a smooth texture and natural color variations to elevate your landscape.

Key Features:

  • Size: Each pebble ranges from 1/2 to 1 inch, making them a versatile choice for a variety of landscape applications, from decorative ground cover to garden borders.
  • Color Palette: A pleasing blend of soft greys, tans, beiges, with occasional hints of reddish-brown, peach, and cream. These natural tones create a warm and harmonious look in any outdoor setting.
  • Texture: The smooth, polished texture of each pebble, shaped by natural river currents, brings a refined, organic appearance to your landscape.

Benefits:

  • Aesthetic Appeal: River Pebbles offer a smooth, rounded look with soft colors that create a calming and visually appealing landscape, complementing both contemporary and traditional designs.
  • Versatile Use: Ideal for xeriscaping, park strips, garden borders, and water features. Their smaller size makes them perfect for intricate designs and adding texture to various areas of your landscape.
  • Low Maintenance: Unlike organic mulch, River Pebbles are long-lasting and require minimal upkeep while helping to control erosion and suppress weeds.

Ideal Use Applications:

  • Dry River Beds: Create a small-scale, natural-looking dry river bed that adds texture and visual interest to your yard or garden.
  • Borders & Edging: Use River Pebbles to define neat and elegant borders around garden beds or water features.

Best Results: For best results and to reduce weed growth, install rock around 2" - 3" deep over top of quality commercial grade weed barrier.

Recommended Depth Rule: The rule of thumb with rock is to install a rock atleast twice the size of the rock not going any less than 2" deep when using small rocks. With a rock that ranges in size from about 1/2" - 1", average the range at 3/4" and the minimum recommended depth would be 2" deep. Going less will likely show the bare ground beneath the rock. You are welcome to place rock deeper than the minimum recommended.

Notice: Rocks do not come clean. They may contain dust, small amounts of crushing fines, or some dirt stuck to the rocks. This is all due to the crushing or screening process. The images used are normally of the rocks after they have been cleaned off to showcase what the rocks will look like after rain, sprinklers, etc has cleaned them off. It is best to install rocks first, then rinse any dust or dirt off once installed.
